1. Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the idxtar website accessible at https://idxtar.cam, including all sub-pages, services, applications, and features made available through it.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration process on idxtar.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has completed account registration and whose account has been approved by idxtar.
• "Funds" means any Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) balance held within a Member's idxtar account, including deposited amounts, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded by idxtar through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other incentive programs, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked in qualifying games before any withdrawal request is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by idxtar to confirm a Member's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the features provided by idxtar enabling Members to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion periods.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to idxtar is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of idxtar, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or acts of war.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activities on idxtar. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. idxtar strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21 and will permanently close any account found to be held by an underage person, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The idxtar Platform is primarily designed for players who are residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of idxtar is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds. idxtar accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform where such use is prohibited.

2.3 Single Account

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on idxtar. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists under your identity, you must contact idxtar support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Excluded Persons

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or who have been excluded by idxtar due to policy violations are not eligible to register a new account or use the services. Employees of idxtar, its affiliates, agents, or technology partners, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on idxtar, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must select a secure password and keep it confidential at all times. idxtar reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are required to ensure that all account information remains accurate and up-to-date throughout your membership. Any changes to your personal details, including your bank account number or registered phone number, must be updated promptly by contacting customer support. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

idxtar conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal request and at any other time deemed necessary for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (photograph of your bank card or screenshot of your e-wallet account matching the registered details)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by idxtar for compliance purposes

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension until verification is completed. idxtar will process all submitted documents within 2 business days and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. idxtar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify idxtar immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idxtar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

idxtar does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above. All payment methods must be registered in the Member's own name. Payments made from accounts belonging to a third party will be rejected and refunded, minus any applicable transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on idxtar is Rp 20,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. The maximum single deposit is Rp 50,000,000 for standard members and may be increased for VIP tier members subject to individual account review. idxtar reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on any account at its discretion for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 (standard members); Rp 100,000,000 (VIP Diamond and above)
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by idxtar support
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB); bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule

idxtar reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and may request supplementary documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests flagged for suspected fraud will be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Transaction Fees

idxtar does not charge fees on standard deposits. A small processing fee of Rp 5,000–Rp 10,000 may apply to bank transfer withdrawals depending on the recipient bank. E-wallet withdrawals are generally fee-free. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by idxtar are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and game contribution rates. These terms are stated individually for each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded through promotional offers must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted into withdrawable Real Funds. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. The following game contribution rates apply by default unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Slot Games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirement
• Live Casino Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Table Games (RNG): 20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 25% contribution (single bets with odds of 1.50 or higher only)
• Togel (lottery) and crash games: 0% contribution (excluded from wagering)

5.3 Bonus Abuse

idxtar actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using strategies specifically designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (including low-margin arbitrage betting or symmetric casino betting), exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional ter ms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited, and idxtar reserves the right to void any winnings derived from abusive play and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days after they are credited to your account. Any uncleared Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry without notice. It is your responsibility to track your bonus validity periods through your account dashboard.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

New Members are eligible to claim the idxtar Welcome Bonus on their first real-money deposit. The Welcome Bonus is a 100% deposit match up to a maximum of Rp 2,000,000. The Welcome Bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The maximum permitted bet per spin or round while bonus wagering is in progress is Rp 50,000. The Welcome Bonus is available once per household, device, and IP address. idxtar reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games available on idxtar use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments with physical equipment. Outcomes are determined by real-world physical events and are not subject to digital manipulation. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on idxtar include domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Bets must be placed before the designated cut-off time for each event. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout; if any selection is void, the bet is recalculated excluding that selection. idxtar reserves the right to suspend, void, or limit any betting market at its discretion, including in cases of suspected match manipulation or data integrity concerns.

6.3 Lottery (Togel)

The Platform offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) draw games based on official results from Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, Taiwan, and Japan lottery pools. Bets must be placed before the official draw cut-off for each market. Results are determined solely by the official draw of the respective pool and idxtar accepts no liability for any discrepancy between the official draw result and third-party result publications. All togel play is for entertainment purposes only; historical draw patterns do not predict future outcomes.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption, idxtar reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return the relevant stakes to the Member's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. idxtar is not liable for any loss of winnings or entertainment value arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

idxtar is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your net win/loss for the session
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days

All requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the idxtar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities and failing to report them to idxtar
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly live poker or live casino formats
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or betting on events whose outcomes you have prior knowledge of through non-public information
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds for gaming activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing idxtar staff or other players
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds therein to a third party

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the idxtar Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, game content, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of idxtar or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the idxtar Platform without the prior written consent of idxtar. Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitations of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

idxtar provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While idxtar makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idxtar, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of gaming session continuity, loss of data, loss of anticipated winnings, or loss arising from unauthorized account access where idxtar has not been negligent.

10.3 Force Majeure

idxtar shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement resulting from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, idxtar will use reasonable endeavors to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will communicate service disruptions to Members through official Platform channels.

10.4 Maximum Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, idxtar's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your idxtar account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, idxtar will process the closure within 5 business days and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met and KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds with uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by idxtar

idxtar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the Member has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, all funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitations of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits idxtar's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or to protect its legitimate business interests. You acknowledge that idxtar operates as an international online gaming platform and that the applicable regulatory framework may differ from Indonesian domestic gaming legislation.

13. Amendments

idxtar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, idxtar will notify registered Members by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible at https://idxtar.cam/terms-conditions. If you do not accept any amendment to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
